I've decided to write all the stuff about her in the similiar way I did with the rest of my charas below:
PRONOUNCED: Pen-eh-loh-puh
SIRE: Irgon
DAM: Nilakantha
ALIVE SIBLINGS: None
FAMILY: Sixte (mate), Narayan (son, killed by a Northern underling), Midnight (daughter), Jomar (son)
ABILITY: Hypnosis - causing dizziness and drowsiness on the target by the light coming from her marker; Telekinesis - influencing the target by letting them hear her voice, or affecting their very intuition; future sight - by image visions [very rare, she's still unable to control it]; mind reading - either by image visions, or intuitionally predicting one's actions. Unlike her sire, she is unable to control the minds of the others.
PERSONALITY: Very wary and extremely shy. Protective. Reliable. Caring. Quite powerful, but has a hard time believing she is. Feels insecure with her own powers. Obsessed about living without disturbing the others. Earning her trust is not an easy task. To prove her worth, is ready to do things that she thinks will impress the others, but it shows itself as recklessness and foolishness - it may be said that she tries too hard. Likes to break stereotypes. Ready to stand for what is important for her and what she thinks is right. Might - and usually will - become aggressive if her relatives or personal beliefs are being attacked.
